Nick Jerez

Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach & Leadership Consultant

With over 20 years of leadership in HR, Operations, and Marketing, Nick Jerez has seen firsthand where traditional leadership models fail. Whether as a strategic consultant to organizations such as Hispanic Federation, Matriculate, and Lower Eastside Girls Club, as an embedded Director of Human Resources for Japan Society, or former Vice President of Operations at the consulting firm U3 Advisors, he has been in the trenches, navigating complex leadership challenges. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, he now challenges the rigid, impersonal systems that hold teams back, moving leaders beyond "spreadsheet-only" solutions to facilitate the live, intuitive breakthroughs that actually build trust and drive performance.

As a Latino, first-generation college graduate, Nick's work is a direct challenge to the conventional story that talent must fit a predefined mold. He helps leaders and teams find their "through line"—the authentic narrative that connects their values to their work.

This perspective is deepened by his personal journey as a passionate advocate for neurodiverse individuals as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Cooke School & Institute in New York. This gives him a unique and critical lens to help organizations unlock powerful strengths that traditional, one-size-fits-all methods routinely overlook. Nick provides a creative, proven path for leaders ready to build resilient, engaged, and truly high-performing teams.
