If you feel squeezed by conventional professional narratives, it’s time to write a new story. We can do that, together.

Building the systems that eliminate the barriers between people and their highest potential.

I am an executive-level operational leader and Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach who views organizational design and people operations not as rote compliance efforts, but as a strategic laboratory. Most consultants are brought into the room to fix a single, isolated problem. I am engaged because I see the entire chessboard. My mandate is the systematic elimination of operational friction. I reject generic playbooks, bringing radical clarity, intellectual rigor, and an uncompromising understanding of unique context to organizations ready to scale or pivot through strengths-based execution. Acting as the bridge between institutional governance, operational leadership, and ground-level execution, I cut through systemic noise to spot hidden patterns, translating complex data into high-velocity workflows that drive execution forward.

My value is not rooted in narrow, theoretical subject-matter expertise. It is built on a documented track record of full-stack operational execution. From employee engagement, HR compliance, and risk mitigation to IT strategy, marketing, and Board/C-suite governance, my fluency crosses traditional operational silos. I do not offer academic frameworks; I speak with the absolute integrity of a practitioner who has actually sat in those functional seats, run the miles, and owned the outcomes across multiple organizations. Over a 12-year tenure at U3 Advisors, I progressed from serving on project management teams to managing enterprise operations as Vice President of Operations, architecting the integration of HR, IT, and Marketing during a critical corporate merger. In subsequent enterprise roles at Japan Society, NYC FIRST, and Matriculate, I have led infrastructure overhauls and complex PEO transitions. Because I see organizations as interconnected systems, I specialize in tuning these structures to scale—whether modernizing a legacy institution for a Board of Fortune 50 executives or stabilizing a high-growth, mission-focused start-up.

Through my consultancy, (through)collective, I serve as a strategic advisor and executive coach for mission-driven teams and leaders looking for the clarity to get unstuck. Utilizing a proprietary framework, I facilitate deep, objective organizational design work. My approach to talent calibration bypasses formal hierarchies to focus entirely on capability fit. You cannot isolate the human resources channel without understanding how it EQs against the IT infrastructure, marketing objectives, and executive directives. I read teams like a mixing board—isolating specific cognitive diversity, optimizing individual headroom, and introducing the conceptual leaps necessary to shift an entire system’s frame of reference.

This work is driven by a creative, "third-way" mindset developed across distinct arenas. As a 13-time marathoner, I treat organizational transformation as an endurance event, managing change with the systemic pacing required for sustainable execution. As a lifelong musician with roots in audio engineering, I view performance management as the continuous tuning and EQ of a complex human system. I comfortably bridge these worlds, navigating enterprise boardrooms, creative spaces, and faith-based environments with the same unpretentious directness.

A native New Yorker from East Harlem and a first-generation college graduate (B.A., Political Science, CUNY Brooklyn College), my drive manifests as a finely tuned operational intuition and an absolute zero-tolerance for corporate jargon. While I create space to support leaders of all backgrounds, I intentionally design my practice to be an open invitation to creative professionals and emerging leaders who don't typically see themselves represented in traditional corporate professional development. This commitment to maximizing human capacity extends to my civic work as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Cooke School & Institute, where I work to ensure individuals of all identities and abilities are given the operational headroom to thrive.

Let’s Connect

The Framework

Conventional corporate management often makes one of two mistakes: it either wants every fader set to the exact same arbitrary line, assuming standardization equals success, or it wastes critical endurance hunting for a few exceptionally talented individuals to produce fleeting, magical moments. Both approaches fail. Forcing people into pre-cut shapes introduces systemic friction and guarantees burnout, while relying on sporadic magic is unsustainable.

Informed by the principles of strengths-based development and nearly two decades experience on the frontline of business operations management, human resources strategy, and C-suite advisory, (through)collective operates on a radically different premise: there is massive structural leverage in cultivating a diversity of approaches toward a shared goal. When individuals are invited to bring their full, unvarnished selves to the work, high engagement consistent effectiveness becomes the baseline. That consistency is the foundation for successful outcomes in everything an organization does.

This is not a one-size-fits-all product. Meaningful work requires uncovering hard truths and leaning into organizational friction with courage, recognizing that feelings and our lived experience has a place in professional contexts because workplaces are comprised of people. Operating with an artistic worldview, we connect the dots that purely analytical management approaches miss. We map the raw, instinctive capabilities of your people—meeting them exactly where they live, rather than chasing idealized versions of who they should be.

As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, my methodology is a rigorous exercise in pattern recognition. Instead of wasting time trying to fix weaknesses, we isolate the signal of what your team naturally does best. By aligning roles directly with instinctive strengths and fostering an abundance mindset, we dial in the mix so disparate talents create harmony rather than dissonance.

We don't build dashboards just to stare at the data. We use the data to launch leaders into the world with long-term confidence, engineering resilient teams that share a relentless rhythm of execution.

Values.

(through)collective is built on principles that inform every client engagement, bringing meaning to the work beyond standard metrics of success.

The Workplace as a Commons

A highly functioning workplace requires a baseline of non-negotiable respect. We intentionally design spaces where individuals of all backgrounds can step to the center and cut through the mix. When people bring their unvarnished selves to the work, we harmonize diverse, instinctive talents to drive toward shared, immutable goals.

Systematic Pacing

Meaningful organizational change is an endurance event. We pace teams for the long game rather than burning them out on short-term sprints.

Radical Clarity

A zero-tolerance policy for corporate jargon and fluff. We lean into friction and hard truths instead of steering around them.

Connectivity

We seek collaboration, build bridges, and view our place in a network of peers through an abundance mindset.

Open Invitation

We meet clients where they are, creating space for people to realize their actual potential rather than chasing an idealized version of what conventional management thinks they should be.

Goal-Oriented Impact

The ultimate objective is transformation. We are committed to launching leaders into the world ready to maximize their strengths with long-term confidence.
